Sailo Technosoft Private Limited is situated in Picasso Plaza, specifically at Flat No-9. We’re in the Kondhawa Kd area of Pune, sitting at Sn-1A/1/20. The plaza is a bit of a landmark around here, so most people can find us without too much trouble. Our office is more like a converted apartment, which gives it a comfortable vibe. We aren't into that whole high-pressure corporate culture. We usually have the windows open to let some air in, even if the street noise from Pune gets a bit much sometimes. We’ve got our desks set up in the main room and a small area for making tea in the back. It’s a practical setup for a tech company. Most of the time, it’s just the sound of keyboards clicking and someone complaining about a bug in the code. We don’t have fancy furniture or a big boardroom. We just pull up a chair and talk through things when we need to. It’s a simple way of working. We’ve been here for a while and the location works well for the team. We like the local food stalls nearby for lunch. It’s a real place with real people just trying to do a good job. Nothing more, nothing less. If you're looking for a shiny corporate lobby, you won't find it here, but we do get the work done.
