Our place is in Kasarwad, Keshav Nagar. It is in Wing A of the Sai Vinayak Residency. We are in flat number 16. It is a residential building, so it feels pretty normal. We do infotech and marketing work here. We have a few laptops and a printer that jams occasionally. The neighborhood is mostly families, so you hear kids playing outside in the evening. We started Saialexin because we wanted a place to work for ourselves. It is not a big fancy office. We have a kitchen area where we keep our snacks and make tea. The lighting in the main room is a bit bright, but it keeps us awake. We spend a lot of time on calls and doing digital marketing tasks for people. Kasarwad is a busy area in Pune. There is a lot of construction happening nearby, so it can get a bit dusty. We keep the windows shut most of the time. We are not a giant corporation. It is just a few of us trying to make things work. We have a whiteboard where we scribble ideas, but mostly it is just a lot of lists. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of work, but we try to get home for dinner. It is a simple setup. No fancy reception desk or anything. You just ring the doorbell and come in. We have got some posters on the wall to make it look less like a bedroom. It works for us.
