Sai Telecom

Sai Telecom is located over in Karve Nagar, specifically in the Mansarovar area near Film City. We've been in this little spot 36/11 for a good bit now. Mostly, we spend our time looking at small screens and trying to figure out why they stopped working. It’s a small shop, usually filled with boxes of chargers and screen protectors that we haven't quite organized yet. Customers come in with phones that have been dropped or batteries that won't hold a charge anymore. We do what we can with the tools we have on the bench. Sometimes it’s busy and there’s a line, other times we’re just sitting here waiting for the next person to walk through the door. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we’re used to it. We don't have a big corporate team, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. We try to get things fixed as fast as possible because people hate being without their phones. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just keeping the local neighborhood connected. If you need a recharge or a new cable, we're usually the ones people call. The lighting in the back isn't the best, but we make it work. It’s just a normal shop run by normal people trying to make a living in the city. There is always something new to learn since phones change so fast.
