We are over here in Hadapsar 4 at Sai Telecom. It’s a small place, honestly. Most days start around ten when the shutters go up. The traffic outside gets pretty loud early on, especially with the buses. Inside, it’s just us dealing with whatever comes through the door. Usually, it’s cracked screens or someone forgot their password again. My desk is a bit of a mess with all the tiny screws and screwdrivers laying around everywhere. Sometimes I lose track of time when I'm looking at a circuit board. The lighting isn't the best, but we make do with a desk lamp. It gets hot in the afternoons, so the old fan stays on all the time. People walk in asking for directions more than they ask for phone repairs sometimes. We have a few chairs for people to sit while they wait, but they’re nothing fancy. Just plastic ones we bought a few years back. The shop has been here for a bit now. We know the guy who sells tea at the corner, and he usually brings a cup around eleven. That’s the highlight of the morning. It's just a regular job for us. We don't have a big team or anything, just a couple of guys who know how to handle electronics. It’s not a fancy showroom, just a place to get things fixed. The shelves are mostly full of old boxes and cables we might need one day. It works for us.
