Sai Steel

We have been set up here on Nagar Road for quite a while now. You can find our yard right by Sanaswadi, specifically near the L & T Phata. It is a busy spot with all the trucks constantly going by. Most days, we are just busy moving steel around the yard. It gets pretty dusty here, especially when the summer heat kicks in. We do not have a big fancy office or anything like that. It is just a simple place where we keep the stock and talk to people who need material for their jobs. My cousin helps out with the paperwork while I handle the yard stuff. We usually start early before the sun gets too high in the sky. Sometimes the trucks get delayed because of the heavy traffic on the main road, but that is just how it is around here. We try to keep things organized, but a steel yard is always going to be a bit messy. There are stacks of metal everywhere you look. People come in from all over Sanaswadi for their small projects. We know most of the regulars by their first names now. It is not a complicated life. We load up the orders, sort the offcuts, and make sure the gate is locked tight at night. Sometimes we sit outside under the shade when it is quiet and have some tea. It is a local business, run by local people. We do not use big words. (248 words)
