Sai Samrth General Stores

We have been here at Pulachi Wadi in Deccan Gymkhana for a while now. Most people around the 610 area know where to find us when they need something quick for the house. It gets quite busy in the mornings with people picking up milk or bread before work. We keep all the basic things like soap, snacks, and some stationery. The shop isn't huge, but we try to fit in what neighbors ask for most. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but that is just how it is in Deccan. We spend most of the day stocking the shelves and talking to the regulars who stop by. It’s a simple setup. We don't have fancy lights or big displays. If you need a pen or some biscuits, we probably have it tucked away somewhere. Most of our day goes into checking what is running low and making sure we get the new stock in on time. It is a lot of lifting boxes and organizing bags. The rain sometimes leaks a little near the front door, but we just put a mat down and keep going. We know most of the kids from the nearby school who come in for chocolates. It feels good to be part of this little corner of the city. We just open up early and stay until the evening chores are done. It is a quiet life but we like the routine here.
