You can find Sai Prasad Foods Ltd. on the second floor of Empire Estate. We are right across from the Big Bazaar on the Old Mumbai-Pune Road. Being on such a major road means there’s constant traffic and the sound of horns, but it also means we’re very easy to find. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, and the lift is sometimes temperamental, so we usually just walk up. Our office is a mix of desks, storage boxes, and a small area where we make tea. It’s not a fancy corporate suite. We have stacks of papers and samples everywhere. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped, but we manage. Being near Big Bazaar is handy for when we need to grab something quick. The Old Mumbai-Pune Road is always busy, so we see a lot of life passing by our windows. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We’re just regular people working in the food industry. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking our stock. The windows get a bit grimy from the road dust, so we have to clean them more often than we’d like. We just focus on getting the daily work done and making sure our clients are taken care of without any unnecessary drama. It’s a fast-paced spot, but we’ve got our own steady rhythm here.
