Our office is located at 1108, C-409 in Mangalwar Peth. We are part of the Urban Estate, specifically in Phase I of the Lloyds Chambers, Block II. It is a bit of a maze in this building sometimes, but once you find the right block, it is pretty easy. The office is full of files, folders, and stacks of paper. Insurance is a lot of reading and writing, so we spend most of our hours behind these desks. It isn't a polished corporate environment. There are stains on the desks from tea cups and the fans make a bit of a clicking noise when they are on high. We deal with all sorts of people from around the Mangalwar Peth area who need help with their paperwork or want to understand what a specific policy actually means. We try to talk like normal people instead of using all that legal jargon that nobody understands anyway. It is just a few of us working here, trying to keep everything organized. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy when we are busy, but we know where everything is. We have been in this spot for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It is a steady kind of job, looking after the details that other people find boring or confusing. We stay open most days and there is usually someone here to answer the door if you have questions about your papers.
