Sai Communication

You can find us in Shukrawar Peth at 947-48. Sai Communication is a small shop in one of the busiest parts of the city. If you know the Peth area you know it is narrow lanes and a lot of people everywhere. We are right in the middle of all that chaos. We deal with phones and recharges and all the small stuff people need for their devices. It is a tiny space and we have stuff piled up on the counters. We don't have air conditioning or fancy displays. It is just a counter and us sitting behind it. People stop by all day long for small things. Sometimes they just want to ask for directions or get a quick fix for a screen. It is a very social way to work because you are always talking to someone. The street outside is never quiet. There is always the sound of bells and people talking and bikes going past. We have been here long enough that we know most of the other shopkeepers around us. We look out for each other. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy plan. We just open up in the morning and wait for the first customer to come by. It is a simple life in a crowded place. We don't make a big deal out of anything. If we can help someone with their phone we do it and that’s the end of it.
