Down in the Kondhwa Budruk area, specifically over at Santosh Nagar, is where we handle our daily business. We’ve been operating out of 27/12/2 for quite a while now, focusing on chemicals and technical supplies. It’s not the kind of work that involves a clean, air-conditioned showroom. Instead, our space is a mix of a warehouse and a small office where we track our inventory and talk to our regular customers. Many of the people we work with have been coming to us for years, so we know their names and what they usually need for their projects. The neighborhood is quite lively and can be a bit crowded, which sometimes makes deliveries a bit of a puzzle to coordinate. We don't have a big marketing department or a fancy logo on everything. We just show up, check what’s in stock, and make sure the orders get to the right people on time. Most of our day is spent moving containers or checking specifications on a supply list. It’s practical, everyday work that doesn't involve much fluff. Sometimes things get a bit messy, but that’s just part of dealing with technical products. We try to keep our operations simple and focused on what our customers actually ask for.
