Sai Caterer

We are based out of Shop No 2388 in the New Modhikhana area. People around the Camp area know where we are because we’ve been here for a bit. Sai Caterer is what we go by. It’s a small shop, but it stays busy most of the week. We have been in this part of town for a good bit now. Most days start pretty early because that's when the supplies arrive at New Modhikhana. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside, it’s just a normal building. We just focus on getting the cooking done and making sure everything is packed up right for the day. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped in the back when we have a big order to get out, but we make it work. You can find us right in the middle of the Camp neighborhood. It’s a lively place with a lot of shops nearby. We know the neighbors well and they know us. Sai Caterer has stayed in the same spot for years because it works for us. The address is easy enough to find if you are familiar with the local streets around the Camp. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing big advertisements. We just stick to our routine at Shop No 2388. It gets hot in the kitchen during the summer, but we just keep the fans going and keep moving. It’s a real place with real people working hard. There’s always something to do, whether it's cleaning up or prepping for the next day. We just take it one day at a time.
