Sahyadri Hospital Ltd. Corporate Office

This is the corporate office for Sahyadri Hospital Ltd., situated at Plot No 54 in Lokmany Colony, Pune. While the hospitals are where the main action happens, this is where we handle the paperwork and the behind-the-scenes stuff. It’s a standard office building in a residential-feeling area, which is actually quite nice because it's a bit quieter than being right in the city center. We spend a lot of time on computers and phones, trying to keep everything organized and running. There are stacks of files everywhere and the printers are usually humming throughout the day. It’s not the most glamorous side of healthcare, but it has to be done. We have a mix of people here, some who’ve been around since the hospital first started and others who are just learning the ropes. Lunch breaks are often spent walking around the colony or grabbing a quick bite at the nearby food stalls. We don’t really have a grand philosophy or anything like that. We just come in, do our hours, and try to make sure the administration runs as smoothly as possible so the doctors and nurses can do their jobs. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up or the internet goes slow, and we all have a bit of a moan about it, but we get the work done eventually. It’s just a regular office environment with regular people trying to keep things on track for everyone involved.
