Our workshop is down in Bhosarigoan at number 124. It is a bit of a trek if you aren't used to this side of the city, but we have been rooted here for years. Sahara Transformers is mostly just us working with heavy coils, oil, and metal frames every day. It gets greasy and the floor is never really clean no matter how much we sweep. Working on transformers isn't a clean job. We have been in this same spot through the rain and the heat. The building at 124 isn't much to look at from the outside, but it fits all our tools and the big units we have to move around. Most of the time, we are just busy with the hum of the machines and the sound of trucks pulling up outside. The neighbors know us as the guys who are always covered in work clothes. We don’t have a big office or a reception desk. Usually, if someone comes by, they just find us in the back near the winding machines. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, so we usually take a break for tea under the shade near the entrance. It’s hard work, and the days are long, but we like the technical side of things. We’ve seen Bhosarigoan change a lot, but our little corner stays pretty much the same. It's just a regular place doing regular industrial work for the local power needs.
