Sagar Paunikar

In Bavdhan, Pune, you can find us at the Matoshree Building. We are in Flat No 07. It is quite close to the Talathi office, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find the place. Being near the Mumbai Highway means there is always a bit of a buzz around. Sagar Paunikar is the name on the door. It is a simple building, nothing too modern, but it stays cool in the heat. We have been here for a while and the location is handy for getting in and out of Pune. The traffic on the highway can be a pain, especially on Monday mornings. Inside the office, it is pretty basic. We have some wooden tables and a couple of old cupboards for storage. It is a working space, not a showroom. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we are usually too busy to look at them anyway. We handle our daily tasks, talk to the neighbors occasionally, and keep things moving. Pune 21 is a growing area, so things are changing fast around us. New shops open up every month. But we just stick to our routine in Flat 07. It is honest work and we do it without making much of a fuss. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we just take the stairs. It is just part of the daily life here.
