Sagar Fruit Stall

Sagar Fruit Stall is located in Aundh at 39/40. It is a humble little spot where we set up every day to sell whatever fruit is in season. We get our stock early in the morning from the main markets and bring it back here to sort through. You’ll see us out there putting out the apples, bananas, and mangoes when they are around. It’s a lot of manual work, carrying crates and making sure the display looks decent enough for people passing by. Aundh is a lively area, so there is always someone walking past or stopping their bike to grab a kilo of something. We’ve been at this spot for a good while and have gotten to know many of the families who live around here. We don’t try to be a fancy supermarket. It’s just a stall with fresh fruit. Sometimes the weather makes it tough, either too hot or raining, but we stay open as much as we can. We try to keep our prices fair so people keep coming back. It’s just me and a couple of others helping out. We talk to the customers, hear about their day, and weigh the fruit. It’s a simple life and we like the routine of it. If you’re walking near 39/40 in Aundh, you’ll probably hear us or see the bright colors of the fruit. We keep it honest and straightforward.
