Sadguru Catering Services

We’ve been doing catering for a long time now. We are based out of Kothrud, though we also have some connection to the Kacharakanahalli area. Catering is one of those jobs where you have to be ready for anything. One day you are making snacks for twenty people, and the next you are cooking a full meal for a hundred. Our equipment is well-used and shows the marks of many kitchens. We don't have a polished showroom. Most of our work happens in the back where the pots are large and the fire is hot. We focus on getting the flavors right. If the food isn't good, nothing else matters. We've had days where the gas ran out or a supplier didn't show up, but we always find a way to make it work. It's just what we do at Sadguru. Our staff is local, people who know how a proper meal should taste. We don't use fancy terms for our dishes. It's just good food. Sometimes we get tired of the constant cleaning and lifting, but then we see people enjoying a meal we made, and it feels okay again. Kothrud is a busy place with a lot of people who know their food, so we have to stay on our toes. It's a humble business, and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and keep cooking whatever is needed for the next event.
