Sachin Ghosh

We are located at 101, A-wing, in Sunshreewoods, Kondhwa. It’s a nice part of Pune to be in. Sachin Ghosh is the name we operate under. Our office is basically inside a residential building, so it doesn’t feel like a cold corporate space. It feels like a place where real work happens. We have a small team, just a few of us really. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. If the doorbell rings, one of us just gets up and opens it. We have our computers set up in what used to be a living room. It’s a practical way to run a business without spending too much on overhead. Kondhwa has changed a lot over the years, with more shops and buildings popping up, but our routine stays the same. We start in the morning with some coffee and go through the list of things to do. We don't have any big marketing speeches prepared. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. It’s a very human way of working. Sometimes we get behind on things, but we always catch up eventually. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just want to provide for our families and do a job we can be okay with at the end of the day.
