Saani Furniture Works

We are located in Lane Number 12 A, over in the Sayyed Nagar area of Hadapsar. If you know the NIBM Road, you probably know how busy it gets around here. Our furniture workshop is quite close to Sahara Hardware, which is convenient because we are always running over there to pick up nails, glue, or some tool we need. The shop is usually full of sawdust and the sound of saws running. We aren't a big showroom with lights and air conditioning. It’s just a place where we cut wood and put things together. Sometimes the lane gets blocked by delivery vans, and we have to wait to move our finished pieces out. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in this part of town, but we’ve managed to make it work. Most of the time, we are just focused on the wood in front of us. We have a few guys who have been working with us for years, and we all just get on with the job. It’s hard work on the back and the hands, but that is the nature of furniture making. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy desk; you usually just find us in the back with our tools. It is a simple life here in Lane 12 A, just doing what we know how to do. We keep the doors open for the breeze and keep working until the sun goes down.
