S T Biradar Engineers & Contractors Pvt Ltd is based at 6 Model Colony, near the Char Rasta Sadanand area. We are located right opposite the Homi Baba Hospital. Our office is a place where we keep all our plans and site documents. Since we are engineers and contractors, we are often out at different sites, but this is where we come back to do the paperwork. The area around Model Colony is usually quite busy, especially with the hospital across from us. It’s a straightforward office with a few big tables for laying out drawings and some old filing cabinets. We don't spend much on making the place look fancy. It’s about the work we do on the buildings and roads. There are always people coming in and out, like site supervisors or laborers checking their schedules. We have been in this spot for a while and the locals know the name. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic at the Char Rasta, but we are used to it by now. We don’t have a big marketing team. We just take on the contracts and try to finish them as planned. It is a lot of coordination and phone calls throughout the day. We keep our tools and some materials stored nearby too. It’s a busy life but it’s what we know. We just focus on the next job and keeping things moving.
