You can find S S Telecom right on the ground floor of Ganesh Complex over in Mangalwar Peth. We are situated at 15 August Chowk, which is a really busy intersection near the Pune Station Road. Because of where we are, there's always a lot of noise from the buses and rickshaws passing by. The shop is small, but we’ve managed to pack it with all the parts and gadgets we need. Most of our day is spent hunched over a workbench looking at small circuits or talking to people who dropped their phones. It’s a lot of squinting and steady hands. The light in here isn't always the best, but we make do with what we have. People come in from the station area all the time needing quick fixes or just a bit of help with their devices. It’s not a polished showroom with bright lights and fancy carpets. It’s a working shop with tools everywhere and boxes stacked in the corners. We’ve been at this location for a while and the neighbors know us well. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside on the steps until it comes back on. That’s just part of life in Mangalwar Peth. We don't have a big marketing team, we just rely on people walking by or hearing about us from a friend. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late at night when the traffic finally thins out.
