Our office is situated on the fifth floor of Mayfair Tower. We are in Phase II over in Sakadewadi, Shivajinagar. This part of town is always quite busy. Dealing with milk products and their transport takes up most of our hours. It involves a lot of logistics and constant talking to people at the dairies. Fans hum in the background while people talk on their mobiles. Charts on the walls help us keep track of everything going on. It’s a basic setup with just desks and chairs for us to focus. Shivajinagar is a good central spot for our work. Because the dairy business doesn't sleep, we have to get to work very early. Problems with trucks or cooling systems happen, and then we have to scramble. That’s just part of the daily job. Big advertisements aren't something we do. The Thorat name is already well-known in this industry. Keeping things moving smoothly every day is what we aim for. A lot of coordination is required. Plenty of tea is consumed while we work through the tasks. The elevators in Mayfair Tower are a bit cranky in the afternoons, but the wait isn't so bad. It gives us a little time to catch our breath. Keeping the records straight and getting the milk delivered is our main focus. Every day is a lot of work, but we just keep at it.
