S M Infotech is tucked away at CP Tank 637 A in the Deccan Gymkhana area. It’s a busy part of town, which suits us just fine. We deal with all sorts of IT and tech requests that come our way. The office is usually filled with the sound of typing and some quiet conversation about whatever we are fixing that day. We aren't really into big marketing or fancy ads. Most people find us because they heard from someone else that we do okay work. We’ve been at this address for a while and we know the neighborhood like the back of our hand. It can get a bit loud outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. We handle a lot of different things, from simple repairs to more involved software issues. Every day is a little bit different, which is what makes it interesting for us. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people because it just confuses things. We'd rather explain what’s going on in plain English. It’s just a small group of us working here at CP Tank. We try to keep our workspace organized, but with all the cables and hardware, it’s a constant battle. We’re just regular people trying to provide a hand when technology starts acting up. That is pretty much the whole story of our little office here.
