We are right in the heart of Budhwar Peth, which is a place that never really seems to sleep much. S M Ashtekar has been operating out of this space for a long time, and we have seen the streets get more crowded every single year. It is a very practical kind of place to work. We do not have those sleek glass walls or modern lobbies you see in the new parts of the city. Instead, we have high ceilings, old fans, and a lot of history packed into the walls.
