Over in Bhosari, near the Times of India building, is where we are located. Our plot is number 29 in Sector 10. Since it's an industrial area, there is always plenty of truck noise and activity. Most of our time is spent in the workshop dealing with various machines. It’s dusty work, but someone has to do it. Different pieces of equipment are scattered all across the floor. Fixing things or putting parts together takes up most of our hours. This isn't a quiet office job by any means. Wearing work boots and getting grease on our hands is just part of the daily routine. During breaks, we usually head to the tea stall nearby. My father was the one who started this, and we’ve just kept it going. Marketing teams aren't something we have here. Other shops nearby are usually how people hear about us. When it gets hot, we keep the doors open because the shed gets quite stuffy. You have to watch your step with all the metal lying around. Trying to keep everything organized is a challenge when orders are piling up. Staying late to finish a piece of equipment for a morning delivery happens sometimes. That’s just the way things go in this line of work. Being in PCNTDA is helpful since all the suppliers are close by. Focusing on the work in front of us is what we do best.
