You can find us out in Murum, Maharashtra. It is a quiet area compared to the big cities, but we stay pretty busy with our various engineering projects. We have been here for a good amount of time now and most of the folks in the local area know where we are located. Our facility is not something you would ever see in a fancy magazine; it is a practical space designed for getting real work done. We focus on mechanical parts and various engineering tasks that local industries might need. The shop floor is where most of the action happens, and there is almost always something being welded or machined. We usually start our day very early before the sun gets too hot to work comfortably. There is a lot of dust sometimes, but that is just part of the job when you are working with heavy machinery every day. We do not use much fancy talk around here. If a part needs fixing, we fix it. If a new piece needs to be made from scratch, we figure out how to do it. Our team is small and everyone knows their specific job. We drink a lot of chai during our breaks and talk about whatever is happening in the town. It is a steady and predictable pace of work. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do our jobs right so the machines we work on keep running as they should.
