Rubikon Labs Private Limited

If you find yourself in the Kondhwa area of Pune, you might pass by R-Euphoria. That is where Rubikon Labs Private Limited is set up, specifically in Block 17 on the tenth floor. Being up that high is nice because it’s a bit quieter than the street level. We have a simple setup here. It is more of a practical workspace than a showroom. We didn't want a place with glass walls and expensive rugs, so we just got what we needed to get the job done. The team is small, and we mostly know what everyone is working on without having to hold long meetings. Living and working in Pune means dealing with the traffic on the way to Kondhwa Bk, but once we are inside, it is all about the tasks at hand. We handle a lot of technical stuff, and while it gets complicated, we try to keep our actual office life pretty simple. There is a small kitchen area where we make coffee and sometimes someone brings in snacks from home. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do our best with the projects we have, and then go home. It feels more like a group of friends working together than a big corporation. We’ve been at this for a while and the routine suits us just fine.
