Ruba Restaurants Llp is located in Kirkatwadi, which is on the edge of Pune. Our office is in Samarth Angan, specifically flat B 101. It’s a quiet area compared to the city center, which we actually prefer. We spend a lot of our time managing the details of the restaurant business from here. It’s not always glamorous work. There is a lot of counting, checking invoices, and making sure the staff schedules are sorted out. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, and we’ve learned that things rarely go exactly according to plan. You might have a plan for the day, but then a supplier calls or something else needs fixing, and everything changes. We are just a local group of people who enjoy the food business. We don't have any polished scripts or a big PR firm writing for us. It’s just us in the office, usually with the windows open if the weather is okay. We like being in Kirkatwadi because it feels a bit more grounded. Sometimes we go out for a walk around the S No 93 area just to clear our heads when the paperwork gets to be too much. It’s a lot of responsibility keeping a restaurant company going, but we just take it one step at a time. We’re not looking to take over the world, just to keep things running honestly. It is a lot of work but we like it.
