Our office is located at Laburnum Park within Magarpatta City in Pune. We are on the first floor, specifically unit G-102. It’s a nice enough spot with some greenery around, which makes a change from the usual dusty streets. Rsw Intsol Private Limited is the name on our door, though most people just know us by our names. We moved into this space because it felt more like a home than a stiff office building. It’s a flat that we’ve converted for our work. It’s got a kitchen where we make way too much coffee and a main room where all the computers are set up. Working in Magarpatta is convenient because everything is right there, though the security at the gates can be a bit of a hassle for visitors sometimes. We handle international solutions, mostly sitting in front of monitors and coordinating things across different time zones. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a good job and go home to our families at the end of the shift. There are no fancy meetings or long speeches here. We just sit down, open our laptops, and get to it. Sometimes the neighbors in the park wonder what we're doing in here all day, but it’s just regular tech work. It's a quiet existence for the most part, and we like it that way without needing any big corporate identity.
