Rs Paradise Twelve

Rs Paradise Twelve is located at Rs 35 Garden Cottage on Deccan Road in Shivaji Nagar. It’s a place where we provide some space for people who need a spot to stay. We’ve been here for a while and the cottage has its own character. It’s not a modern hotel with glass walls; it’s more of a traditional spot. We spend our time making sure the rooms are ready and that everything is working like it should. Shivaji Nagar is a busy area, but being on Deccan Road gives us a decent location. We handle everything ourselves, from the cleaning to the check-ins. It’s a lot of work, but we like meeting the different people who pass through. Some stay for a night, others for longer. We try to keep things simple and functional. There’s always some maintenance to do, like fixing a leaky tap or painting a wall. We don't have a big team or a fancy website. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just seeing the sign on the road. We aren't aiming for luxury, just a comfortable enough place for someone to rest. The garden area around the cottage needs a bit of tending now and then, which we do when we have a spare moment. It’s a quiet life for the most part, punctuated by the arrival of new guests. We enjoy the rhythm of it and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
