Royle Extrusion Systems Pvt. Ltd. is found at 17/18 on the 1st floor of the Highway Towers in Chinchwad. Being near the highway means there’s a constant hum of trucks and cars passing by, which sort of sets the pace for our day. Chinchwad is a heavy industrial area, so we fit right in with the surroundings. Our office isn’t huge, but it’s where we coordinate everything related to our extrusion systems. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and talking about machinery. The building itself is a bit older, but it’s sturdy and serves its purpose well. We like being on the first floor because it makes it easy to move things in and out when we need to. It’s a very straightforward environment here. No one is wearing suits or trying to act like they are in a high-rise in Mumbai. We are just regular people working in the engineering and manufacturing sector of Pune. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have big projects moving through the pipeline. We just take it one step at a time. The local tea stalls nearby are where we usually end up during breaks, talking about the work or just the weather. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere that we’ve grown to appreciate over the years we've been operating here. We keep the paperwork organized as best we can and just focus on the machines.
