Royaale Italy

Jangali Maharaj Road is one of those places in Pune that everyone knows. We are situated at Survey No 573/2, which is part of The Deccan Royaale building. If you are walking down JM Road, we are near that Woodland showroom, which is a pretty good landmark for most people. China Gate is right opposite us too. The area is usually packed with parked bikes and people walking on the sidewalk. Being in Pune 411004 means it gets quite lively, especially in the evenings when the weather cools down a bit. Our place, Royaale Italy, is just there among the other shops. We don't have a massive entrance, so you have to keep an eye out for the sign. The inside is just a normal restaurant setup. We spend our mornings getting the kitchen ready and making sure the tables are wiped down. The street noise is always there in the background, but you get used to it after a few days of working here. It’s a busy stretch, and finding parking is always a bit of a headache for everyone. We see a lot of people just passing through on their way to the park or other shops. It’s just a regular spot on a very famous road. We keep things going and try to make sure everything is in its place before the first person walks in. That is how most days go.
