Roxston It Solutions Llp is based at Flat Number 205 in Unity Enclave, which is located at Survey Number 82 in Pune. It’s a residential building, so coming to work feels a bit like visiting a friend's place. We have the usual security check at the gate of the enclave, and then it’s just a quick trip up to the second floor. Working out of a flat gives us a bit of a kitchen area and a balcony, which is great when we need a break from the computers. The space is filled with desks and chairs, and we’ve converted what would have been the living room into our main workspace. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls, but it’s comfortable and it gets the job done. We like being in this part of Pune because it’s relatively quiet compared to the main city areas. The address is easy to find, and the neighbors in the building are used to us being here by now. We don't have a lot of rules or a strict dress code. Most days we are just in jeans and t-shirts, focused on solving whatever tech issues come our way. We don't spend time on fancy presentations about ourselves. We just do the work and try to stay organized. It’s a humble setup, but it’s our own and we’ve made it work for us over the years. We just keep things simple and practical.
