Rootideology Technologies (Opc) Private Limited

Starting with Rootideology Technologies (Opc) Private Limited, we are basically just a few people working out of a flat in Pune. The office is in Rohan Park, specifically Flat C-103. If you know the S No 25 area, you know it can get a bit crowded with traffic, but the park itself is okay. Since this is an OPC, it is a pretty small operation. We have some desks and computers set up in the rooms. We mostly spend our days dealing with tech stuff and trying to figure out solutions for the problems that land on our desks. It isn't a big glass building with a fancy lobby or a receptionist. It is just a regular door with our name on it. We usually keep the fans running high because it gets warm in the afternoons. We aren't doing anything flashy here. We just come in, sit down, and get to work on the coding or whatever technical task is waiting for us. Most of the neighbors in Rohan Park are just families, so it stays fairly quiet during the day which is good for us. We drink a lot of tea and just try to stay on top of the work. We’ve been here for a while and the routine works for us. It’s a practical way to run a tech business without all the unnecessary corporate noise that you usually find in bigger cities.
