Roletwit Services Llp is run out of Vasant Sakha Plaza in Ambegaon BK. We are in flat 302. It's a decent area in the Tal Haveli region, not too far from the main roads but quiet enough to get things done. We chose this spot because it was convenient for the people working here. Inside, it looks like any other small office that started in a residential-style building. We’ve got our computers set up and some basic furniture. Most of what we do involves services and support, so there’s a lot of talking on the phone and typing. It’s not a high-pressure environment most of the time, although things can get hectic at the end of the month. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People usually find out about us because we’ve helped someone they know. We like to keep things low-key. The building has a few other small businesses too, so there’s a bit of a working vibe during the day. Sometimes we have tea together and talk about the local news. We don't have a grand vision for the future; we just want to keep doing a good job on the tasks we have right now. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. The view from the third floor isn't bad either, especially when the weather is clear.
