We are located in Kothrud, which is a busy part of Pune. Our office is in Dnyanesh Heights, specifically at Office-9 on the second floor. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is busy, but it’s not too bad. The area around S No 209 is always full of students and people going about their business. Rmnexo Software is a small operation, and we like it that way. The office is basically one main room where we all sit together. It gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how we work. We handle various software tasks and consulting work throughout the day. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just focus on the projects we have. The furniture is practical, and the lighting is just okay, but it’s a good place to get things done. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to solve problems. Kothrud has some great spots for a quick vada pav or tea during our breaks, which is a plus. It’s a straightforward environment. We show up, do the software work, and head home. There aren't any hidden agendas or complex missions. We’re just a bunch of people in Pune working hard to keep the business going and making sure our software does what it’s supposed to.
