We are based out of Flat 8 in Piyush Park, which is part of building B in Pimpri. It’s not your typical storefront because we mostly do everything from here and then take the food to wherever the event is. We have been in this spot in Pimpri for a long time now. The area around S.No. 224/5B/1 is pretty residential so it stays relatively quiet during the day. Most of our neighbors know what we do because of the smell of the food cooking. Sometimes we have to load the vans early in the morning when the sun is just coming up. It can be a bit of a struggle getting the big pots down the hallway but we managed to figure it out over the years. Our team is just a few local people who have been with us for a bit. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. Most people just hear about us from someone else who lived in the building or nearby. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and late nights especially when there are big parties to handle. The kitchen in the flat was modified to handle more than a normal house would. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is working at the same time but we get the orders out. That is just how it goes for us most days of the week. Sometimes it is very stressful but we keep going.
