Ritanjay Software (Opc) Private Limited operates out of a flat in Neco Gardens, which is over in Viman Nagar near Lohegaon. It’s Flat No 23 in the Dahlia block. Working out of a residential complex has its ups and downs, but we like the feel of it. It’s a lot quieter than being right on the main road in Pune. You can hear the neighbors sometimes, and there is usually a breeze coming through the balcony if the weather is being nice to us. We’ve turned the main room into our workspace with several desks pushed together. It’s a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but it keeps things friendly. The kitchen area is mostly for making coffee and keeping our lunch boxes cool. We ended up here because we didn’t want a sterile office building with those flickering lights. This feels more like a home, which helps when we have to stay late to finish up some coding work. The security guards at the gate know us by now, and the walk from the parking area gives us a minute to breathe before we dive into the software stuff. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the doorbell rings, whoever is closest to the door gets it. It’s a simple setup for a small team, and it works for us. We just focus on the computer screens and try to stay on top of the pile of work we have every day.
