Risingmonks Technologies Private Limited is over in Wanawadi, Pune. We are in the Ravi Park building, specifically FL - 47 in the A 3 Wing. The address is a bit of a mouthful, but it is a nice enough area to work in. Wanawadi has a lot of greenery compared to some of the other parts of Pune. Our office is a flat on the fourth floor. It is a functional space above all else. We have got our computers set up and enough chairs for everyone on the team. It is not a designer office, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on our technical work. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and other times we leave early if things are quiet. It is a flexible way of working. We don don't have a lot of formal meetings. Most things just get discussed across the desks or while we are making tea. We have a small balcony where we go to get some air. You can see the rest of the housing society from there. It reminds us that we are part of a community, not just a business. We don't have any slogans or missions. We just want to do decent work and keep our clients happy. It is a simple goal. We have been here for a bit now and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the place.
