Rishonn & Reyansh Private Limited is located on the 11th floor of B Wing in Lotuslily PI. This is at S. No. 43 in Pune. It is a bit of a trek up to the 11th floor, but the office itself is comfortable enough once you get there. We have got a decent amount of space for the team to work. It is a mix of different people here, some who have been in the industry for years and some who are just starting out their careers. We don’t have any big corporate rules about how to sit or what to wear to the office. It is a relaxed atmosphere, as long as the work actually gets done. We handle various tasks throughout the day. Sometimes it is very busy and hectic, other times it is a bit slower. We have a small corner where we keep the coffee machine, and it gets used a lot. The building itself is okay, nothing too special, just a standard Pune office block. We have decorated the walls with a few things, but it is mostly just calendars and notes. We aren't here to make a big splash. We just want to provide for our families and do a good job for the people who hire us. It is an honest living. We like the fact that we are tucked away on the 11th floor. It keeps things quiet so we can focus.
