Riddhi Engineering

Riddhi Engineering is right on the Chinchwad 700 Feet Ring Road. We are in the 7th Block, specifically B 48/128/3. If you know the area, you know how busy that ring road can get with all the trucks and workers. There’s a lot of industrial activity around here, and we fit right into that landscape. We do engineering work, which basically means a lot of metal, heavy tools, and grease. It’s not a clean job, but it’s what we know how to do best. The workshop gets pretty loud with the machines running throughout the day. We’ve been at this location for a while now. Most of our days are spent measuring things and making sure the parts fit together properly for whatever project we have. We don't have a fancy office upstairs; we are mostly on the floor where the work actually happens. The air usually smells like oil and burnt iron. We have a small crew and we’ve all worked together for a long time, so we know each other's habits. We drink our chai standing up most of the time while the machines cool down. The ring road traffic is always a background noise we’ve gotten used to over the years. It’s a tough environment but it’s real. We don’t spend money on fancy brochures.
