We don't have fancy titles or a complicated management structure. We just talk to each other and figure things out as they come up. Sometimes things get a bit messy, and the office might have a few too many empty coffee cups lying around, but we get the work done. We’ve been growing slowly, which is exactly how we wanted it. We don't want to lose that local, small-business feel. People in Maharashtra appreciate when you're straightforward with them, so that’s how we handle everything.
