We are located out in Paud at Kumbhar Wada, right at Sr Number 126 Hissa No-2A/1A. It’s a bit of a specific address to find if you aren't from around here, but the locals know the way. The shop is simple and doesn't have much in the way of decoration. We have a lot of wires and cables hanging on the walls in no real order. It’s mostly about fixing phones and selling bits and pieces like screen guards or cheap earphones. The floor is plain concrete and we have one old wooden desk where all the actual work happens. Since we are in the Kumbhar Wada area, it feels a bit different than the city shops. There is more dust coming in from the road. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass displays every morning, though they get smudged again by noon. It’s a quiet kind of busy. Some hours nobody comes in and we just sit and check the inventory or look at the street. Then suddenly three people show up with broken charging ports or forgotten passwords. We do our best to help them out right then and there. The light isn't great in the back corner so we use a desk lamp for the fine work. It’s just a basic place. We don't have fancy chairs or air conditioning. We just have our tools and the parts we keep in the drawers. It’s been at this spot for a while now.
