Rex Telecom

Rex Telecom is right on Tilak Road, occupying units 2 and 3 on B G Road. It’s a very busy intersection and there’s always something going on outside our windows. We have two spaces next to each other, which is how we manage everything. One side is mostly for the equipment and the other side is where we sit and do the computer work. It’s a lot of phones ringing and people asking questions. We don't have a fancy lounge or any of that. We just have some plastic chairs for when people need to wait for a minute. The floors are tile and they’re easy to keep clean, which is good because a lot of people walk through here. We aren't corporate people. We wear regular clothes and talk like normal people. If there’s a problem with a line or a piece of tech, we just fix it. Tilak Road is a great location because everyone knows where it is, even if the noise can be a bit much in the afternoon. We usually have the radio playing in the background to drown out the horns from the street. We’ve been at this for a while and we know our way around the tech we handle. We don't make big promises or use big words. We just do the work and try to stay organized in the middle of the chaos. Sometimes we stay late to finish up.
