Revival Soft

Revival Soft is based out of a residential setup in Gokhalenagar, specifically in flat 301 of the LIG colony. It’s not your typical high-rise corporate office, and we actually prefer it that way. Being in the Neeljyoti area gives us a more neighborhood feel. You walk up the stairs, and instead of a sterile lobby, you see where people actually live. Inside the flat, we’ve converted the rooms into workspaces. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a front desk or a uniformed guard. Usually, one of us just opens the door if someone knocks. We spend our days working on software projects, often with the sounds of the colony in the background—kids playing or someone’s motorbike starting up. It’s very grounded. We make our own tea in the kitchen and eat lunch together at a regular dining table. This lack of formality helps us focus on the actual coding rather than worrying about corporate hierarchy. We started here because it was practical, and we stayed because it works for us. The space is a bit cramped when we have all our equipment out, but it’s homey. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture. We just want to write good code and help our customers. It’s a quiet life in a busy part of Pune, and that suits us just fine for now. We hope to keep this simple atmosphere as we continue our work in the neighborhood.
