Retnext Technologies Private Limited is situated in Magarpatta City, which is a big township in the Hadapsar area of Pune. Our specific spot is Plot No 19 in Mulberry Garden, Phase 1. It is a nice enough area with a bit of greenery around, which is a change from the dusty parts of the city. The office is really just a place where we come to get our work done. We are not a giant tech firm with a gym or a cafeteria. It’s just a regular room with some desks and chairs. We at Retnext Technologies spend a lot of time on our computers. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but we just ignore it. The security at Magarpatta is quite strict, so we always have to carry our IDs. It makes the place feel safe, I suppose. We are a small team and we have known each other for a while. We don’t have big meetings; we just talk across the desks when something needs to be fixed. It’s a simple way of doing things. Hadapsar can get really congested in the evenings, so we often try to leave a bit early or stay late to avoid the worst of it. We just do our work and try to keep things moving forward without too much fuss. That’s really all there is to our company and how we operate. We're just a group of people working together in a quiet part of the township.
