We are located over in Kharadi, specifically at Flat No 406 in the Sharada Florentia building. This is where Retinix Technologies Private Limited operates from. It is right there by the Kharadi Bypass, not too far from the Radisson Blu hotel. If you are driving by, you might miss the turn because the traffic there can be quite something during the peak hours. Our office is basically a flat that we converted into a workspace. It makes the whole environment feel a bit more relaxed than a cold office building. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and sometimes eat lunch together if we aren't too swamped. Being in Chaudhary Vasti means we are close to a lot of the newer developments in Pune, but our street still has that local feel to it. We aren't some massive tech giant with thousands of employees. It's just a handful of us sitting in room 406. We don't really do the whole suit-and-tie thing. Most days it is just jeans and t-shirts while we work through our tasks. The sunlight comes in pretty well in the afternoons, which is nice. Sometimes the security guard at the gate asks a lot of questions to visitors, but that is just how the residential building rules are. We have been in this spot for a bit now and it suits us just fine. We don't need a lot of extra space to do what we do.
