Reswitch Technologies Private Limited is located over in Flat No.502 within Building No. C3. This is part of the Lake Town Co-Operative Housing Society in Pune. It’s a bit of a residential feel here, which we actually quite like. Being in Pune-411046 puts us in a good spot in Maharashtra without being right in the middle of the heaviest traffic. The housing society is pretty quiet during the day when everyone else is out at work. We’ve turned the flat into a decent workspace. It’s got a kitchen where we make way too much tea. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what we're doing, but we mostly keep to ourselves. It’s not a corporate park, so don't expect a lobby with a security guard. It's just a regular building in Lake Town. We find that working from a place like this keeps us grounded. We don't have to worry about the overhead costs of a big office tower. We just focus on our tasks from our desks in C3. It’s a comfortable enough setup for our group. We've been here for a while and the location works well for our daily commute and the general flow of our work day. The balcony has a bit of a view of the other buildings, which is nice when we need a break. We don't have fancy titles or a dress code. We just show up, do the work, and try to stay productive through the week.
