Resulytics Services Private Limited is located out in Wagholi, at the Nyati Elan complex. We are in Flat Number Diva-603. Wagholi has changed a lot lately, and it’s a bit far from the center of Pune, but being in a residential complex like Nyati Elan gives us a different kind of work environment. It feels less like a sterile office and more like a home base. We have set up our workstations in the rooms, and the kitchen is usually where we congregate for a break. The view from the sixth floor is alright; you can see the sprawl of the 412207 area as it develops. It’s a quiet place for the most part, which is good when we have to concentrate on the services we provide. We don't have any big signs out front or a lobby with a receptionist. You just come up the lift like you’re visiting a friend. The space is filled with the usual stuff—monitors, keyboards, and a few whiteboards that have seen better days. We do our own thing here without worrying about corporate rules or looking a certain way. It is just a small team of us working through the daily grind. Sometimes the commute into the city is a pain, but we like the setup we have here. It’s honest work in a comfortable, everyday setting. Most of the time we're just focused on the data and getting through our lists before the sun goes down.
