Renu Sb Creation Software Private Limited

We are based in Manjari, right along the Solapur Road at the Greenwoods complex. Our office is in flat E-2/404. Being on this side of Pune means we see a lot of traffic passing by, but inside the complex, it is fairly peaceful. Renu Sb Creation Software is a small operation. We don't have a huge staff or a big HR department. It is just a few of us working on software projects. The rooms are filled with the sound of fans and clicking keyboards. We have a small kitchen area where we heat up our lunch and talk about things other than work for a bit. We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just talk to each other and get things done. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs finishing, but usually, we try to keep regular hours. The office is a bit lived-in, with papers and notes stuck to the walls. We don't feel the need to look like a big global company because we aren't. We are a local business that focuses on building software that actually works for people. It is a very practical way to spend our time. We like the community here in Manjari and we are happy to be working from this spot. It’s just us, our computers, and our daily tasks.
