Renizant Technologies Private Limited is a small team based in Balewadi. We’re over at Sanskruti Homes, specifically in F E/4, Sno 3/6, right near Sopan Bang. It’s a quiet residential area which makes for a pretty calm place to work most of the time. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or a lobby. Instead, we work out of a space that feels much more like a home than a business center. There are about five of us usually, and we spend our hours dealing with various tech tasks and software issues. It’s not always glamorous work. Sometimes we spend all day just trying to find one tiny bug in a piece of code. We have a few mismatched desks and some chairs that we probably should have replaced a year ago. The neighborhood is nice, and we often head out for a quick walk when we need a break from looking at screens. We don’t really do any big marketing or have a dedicated sales team. Most people who work with us heard about us from someone else. We keep things very simple and straightforward. Every morning we open up the windows to let some air in and get the computers started. It’s a basic setup but it has everything we need to do our jobs. We’re just local people trying to run a solid business without any extra fluff. It’s a bit cramped when we’re all in, but it works for us.
